EzyFMS Agent Terminal (Android)

G1 Solutions Pty Ltd (‘We’, ‘Us’, ‘We’, or ‘Our’) understand that privacy is important to users of the Android Agent Terminal (‘you’, ‘your’, or ‘yourself’). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information, and how you can exercise your privacy rights.

This privacy policy covers personal information we obtain when you are using Android EzyFMS Agent Terminal app (‘app’) as an employee or contractor of a transport service provider.

This privacy policy does not cover information not provided or collected through the Android EzyFMS Agent Terminal app.

  1. Who We Are

    G1 Solutions Pty Ltd is a provider of technology solutions to the transport and logistics industry. In relation to this policy, the company provides EzyFMS freight transport management solutions to transport service providers including, but not limited to Android EzyFMS Driver Terminal.

  2. Information We Collect

    We only collect information that are relevant to your role and the work you perform as an employee or contractor of the transport service provider.

    1. WHEN YOU ARE LOGGING INTO THE APP

      INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE US

      • The app requires that you nominate the transport service provider EzyFMS system by scanning the QR Code provided by the transport service provider
      • You will also be required to specify login credentials in the form of username and password as provided by the transport service provider

      INFORMATION WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY

      • Hardware information: such as device make, model, serial number, IMEI, MAC addresses
      • Device capabilities: WiFi, cellular network, Bluetooth, location, camera
      • Software information: Android version, patch level

    2. WHEN YOU ARE USING THE APP

      INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE US

      • All work activities conducted within the app, and information entered on and gathered through the app
      • Information entered or gathered include, but not limited to:
        • Freight identifying serial numbers
        • Job identifying numbers
        • Photo images captured on camera within the app
        • Name and signature of person handing over or receiving freight on pickup and delivery

      INFORMATION WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY

      • Hardware status: such as battery percentage, battery on-charge status, sleep/wake status
      • GPS Location: such as real-time (current) location in three axis (longitude, latitude, altitude), speed of travel, direction of travel

      Automatic collection of information occurs for as long as you are logged in on the app, including when:

      • The device screen is turned-off
      • The device screen is turned-on, but the app is not running in foreground
      • You are using the device for other purpose

    Automatic collection of information will stop once you are logged-out of the app.

  3. Use of Information

    Information provided and collected falls under ownership of the transport service provider nominated on login and will be stored directly onto software data repository of EzyFMS accessible only to the transport service provider..

    The use of information provided and collected by the transport service provider, and it’s retention period, is subject to employment or contract agreement between yourself and the transport service provider.
